We thought you might like to try a couple of their favourite cocktail recipes….
His Lordship
50 ml Highclere Castle Gin
22.5 ml Elderflower Cordial
25 ml Lemon Juice
1 bar spoon of Orange Marmalade.
Her Ladyship
50ml Highclere Castle Gin
22.5ml Lavender Syrup (or other syrup)
22.5ml lemon juice
Half an egg white.
Put all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker with some cubes of ice, shake and then strain into the glass leaving the ice in the shaker.
